Order Processing
All orders are processed Friday to Monday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (AEST) will be processed on the next processing day.
Please allow 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) for order processing and quality checks before dispatch.
For customised jewellery, please allow up to 7 business days for production before dispatch.
All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia, via Australia Post.
Delivery times vary based on your location — metro areas usually receive orders sooner, while rural or remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Options
Free Shipping – 2 to 8 business days – Free
Standard Shipping – 2 to 8 business days – 6.5 AUD (Taxable)
Express + Insured Shipping – 2 to 5 business days – 14.5 AUD (Taxable)
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched and you receive your tracking confirmation.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your parcel using the link provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
If you experience any delivery issues or tracking delays, please contact support@Luvella.com.au, and our team will be happy to assist you.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact support@Luvella.com.au immediately.
Customers who select Express + Insured Shipping are fully covered for loss or theft during transit.
For Free or Standard Shipping, Luvella is not responsible for packages once marked as Delivered by the carrier.
Important Information
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather, or postal conditions.
Luvella is not responsible for delivery delays once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post.
