Welcome to Luvella. By using our website and making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please review carefully before placing an order.


1. General Information

These Terms of Service govern all use of the website https://luvella.com.au and any purchases made through it.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Australian law.

Luvella reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates take effect immediately once posted on our website.


2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Luvella. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. Refunds will be issued in such cases.


3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Mastercard

  • American Express (AMEX)

  • PayPal

  • Google Pay

  • Afterpay

  • Apple Pay

All payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways. Luvella does not store or have access to your full payment details. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen method.


4. Shipping Policy (Matches Final Shipping Policy)

We aim to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and on time.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed Friday to Monday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST) are processed the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (AEST) are processed on the next processing day.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and quality checks before dispatch.

  • Customised jewellery may take up to 7 business days for production.

Shipping Options (Domestic – Australia only):

  • Free Shipping: 2–8 business days – Free

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days – 6.5 AUD (Taxable)

  • Express + Insured Shipping: 2–5 business days – 14.5 AUD (Taxable)

Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Customers selecting Express + Insured Shipping are fully covered for loss or theft during transit.

  • Luvella is not responsible for packages shipped via Free or Standard Shipping once marked as Delivered by Australia Post.

Delays & Liability:
Delivery times are estimates only. Luvella is not liable for delays caused by Australia Post, weather, or other events outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 30 days for non-personalised items in original condition.

  • Customised/personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

  • Earrings and hygiene items are final sale.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving approved returns.

To initiate a return, email support@luvella.com.au with your order number and reason.


6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Inspect items upon delivery.
Report damaged or faulty items to support@luvella.com.au with a photo. Luvella will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost.


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled only before production begins. Contact support@luvella.com.au immediately. Once production has started, modifications may not be possible.


8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Luvella. Unauthorized use is prohibited.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Luvella is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of products or the website. Liability is limited to replacement, repair, or refund of defective products.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Australian law, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
